My name is John Michael Silva and I’m a relenteless self-learner who has accomplished fluency in multiple languages and music by reading and analyzing the arts since a very early age, as well as experimenting and exploring passionately self-learner lifestyles in the past and their genius methods.
I’ve always been extremely curious and hands-on.
Materializing my ideas seems fairly easy to me and I love complexity of thought, this is how I have recently found myself attracted sharing my knowledge with the world and coming out with this website that I created on my own in more or less 2 months. I love learning but this takes more work than I thought.

I recently started getting into about Neurolinguistics and ended up reading about Transcontextual Thinking, something that I didn’t know I could do very well. So, I’ve also tried to develop my other types of intelligences thanks to the most recent findings on how the brain works…

I also play the guitar because, guess what? Music is a language too. Victor Wooten has said this so many times that you should know that too, and it really got to me!

How did you learn languages?**
Studying mostly by myself at home, reading about self-learning and polyglotism since a very young age. I’ve always been unusually aware of myself and languages were brought to my attention when I was like 10 and, by watching how other polyglots did it on the internet and reading on books how they did it centuries ago, I just imitated. It went better than expected and, well, and here I am now!
I used to be a hard person to teach so I decided to become a teacher myself, haha. I also did it by exploring and trying many different methodologies, learning about my cognitive preferences experimenting, making uncountable mistakes with myself and others and proudly learning from them.
I also accomplished multiple language fluency by recording my voice and writing a lot for extended periods of time. I really enjoyed it since I was a kid so I kept on doing it and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon!
The way I stand out is by providing you with personalized guidance regarding the best techniques used by polyglots and self-learners around the world added to the use of Psycholinguistics and Analytical Psychology, we'll reach new frequencies of thought. I have worked with multiple schools, books and different philosophies with different cultures and native speakers.
I can see the world through different lenses at will.
I am a native Spanish speaker and a certified C2 English speaker. I hold a degree on Business Translation in Spanish and English. I’m also Certified Celpe-Bras B2 Portuguese speaker. I speak French at B1 level and I just picked up Italian at A2.
I also had the pleasure to be a Pearson ELT Conference Speaker and hosted a Self-Learning and Psychology talk in 2023. Bogotá, Colombia. I have taught multiple languages in several companies privately, and specialize in adult teaching. I have earned all my diplomas by merit studying at home or the library and then conquering The Real World.
The other teachers are located in other countries like Brazil and the U.S. but you can reach out through The Community if you’d like to get to know the whole team.

I’m in the process of writing my own books and courses and I’m including the results of my research in them so it’ll take me some extra time from now to be able to release them all.
Nevertheless, I thought I’d go public right now so people can start benefiting from my experience even while I’m in the process of finishing the projects! I created this website by myself in a short amount of time, and I’m not a computer nerd, I’m a language nerd, so bear with me as I improve the platform. I think I could become a computer nerd too! I’m having so much fun so we’ll see…
